As a service to Millersville University departments, MUAS will convert existing departmental alumni databases (including those in Microsoft Outlook, and even paper databases and lists) to our alumni development database. After conversion, we will then maintain the database for your department--just call or email us or use either of the links below to send us an update or addition, and we will promptly update information on the database.

Department secretaires will continue to have access to all the demographic (including home and business addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.), employment and relationship information (spouse, children, etc.) that was contained in their old databases.

Converting your department's database will provide these advantages:

• Department secretaries will spend less time updating and organizing information, but will still have all the department's contacts at their fingertips.
  
  
• Lists, labels and reports for events, mailings, etc., that your department requests from MUAS will be more complete and accurate--you will not have to spend time combining our lists with yours.
  
  
• Part of the charge of MUAS is to find lost constituents. After switching your information to the alumni development database, many times we will be able to find contact information for constituents who were previously "lost" to you.
  
  
• Returned mail for Millersville University comes directly to MUAS--we will know when your constituents move, and often we can find and update their address information so they do not become lost
