| The Middle States Commission requires colleges and universities to 1. engage in program outcomes assessment, 2. engage in general education assessment, and 3. demonstrate the 120 credits that make up a degree are coherent. To achieve these objectives, starting with 2006-2007 academic year, Millersville University is evolving from the degree specification matrix to the learning outcomes assessment template linked below.
