Millersville University Women's Tennis Qualifies for NCAA Tournament

Millersville , Pa. – After a one year hiatus, the Millersville University women's tennis team returns to the NCAA Division II Women's Tennis Team Championships.

Millersville (7-5) will take on Bloomsburg (17-3), the host school of the first and second rounds, on Thursday, May 3. Bloomsburg finished second in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament. Millersville was fourth at the PSAC Championships. The winner will take on the winner of the Slippery Rock/Bentley match on Saturday, May 5.

The Marauders are in the tournament for the 10 th time. Prior to last season, the team made the tournament for nine consecutive years (1997-2005). Millersville is 14-9 all-time in the tournament.

The Huskies defeated the Marauders on Thursday, March 29, 8-0.
