MEN'S TEAM QUALIFIES FOR PSAC PLAYOFFS DESPITE LOSS TO BLOOMSBURG; WOMEN'S TEAM FALLS TO HUSKIES

April 20 – The Millersville University men's tennis team has clinched the No. 3 seed in the four-team Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) men's tennis championships to be held this Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26 at Bloomsburg University.

The Marauders (3-8, 2-2 PSAC) fell 8-1 at Bloomsburg on Saturday in their regular-season finale but still had a better conference record than East Stroudsburg and West Chester in the five-team conference.

Drew Slocum (fr. Shavertown, Pa./Dallas HS) beat Bloomsburg's Geoff Neugher 7-6, (7-4) 6-4 to post Millersville's lone team point.

The women's team (3-9, 1-4 PSAC East) ended their regular season with a 9-0 loss at Bloomsburg on Saturday.
