MILLERSVILLE UNIVERSITY CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT LOCK HAVEN INVITATIONAL
September 15, 2007, Lock Haven, Pa. – The Millersville University men's and women's cross country teams took part in the Lock Haven Invitational on Saturday. The men's team had a fourth place finish, while the women came in fifth.
Priscilla Jennings (jr. Quarryville/Solanco) was the female finisher for the Marauders. Jennings came in fourth place with a time of 21:33.59. Brittany Zuver (so. York/Central York) came home 25th with a mark of 23:15.92. Rachel Hull (so. Lancaster/Hempfield) finished the event in 23:38.71 to finish in 33rd. Jess Leddy (jr. Landisville/Hempfield) was in 36th after running a time of 23:40.58.
Adam Malloy (sr. Ephrata/Ephrata) was the top finisher on the men's side with a time of 33:17.02 and a 21st place finish. Ben Brewer (sr. Ambridge/Ambridge) was right on Malloy's tail with a 22nd place and a time of 33:21.20. Andrew Butler (sr. Clifton Heights/Upper Darby) had a time of 33:28.28 and finished 25th. Jeff Rafach (fr. Hanover Twp./Hanover) was 38th for Millersville with a time of 34:05.03.
Millersville's next event will be on Saturday, September 22 at the Franklin and Marshall Invitational in Lancaster, Pa. at 10 a.m.
