High School - Won both League and District medals in Cross Country and Track and Field.

All Conference in the Heptathlon (2nd) and a scorer in the long and triple jump indoors and triple jump outdoors. 2005-06 - PSAC qualifier for the LJ and TJ as well as the 200. Was an important part of the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. 2nd year on the team. High School - Team MVP 3 years. MVP of the Catholic League for field events.
