Hello Fall Term Faculty,
This notice is a reminder that you need to make your course "available" to your students so they can access the course.
As you all know, all courses are set to be “unavailable” to students when they are created as a shell. Included on this page are instructions that will allow each faculty member to “turn on” or make available his/her own courses.
Procedure for making a Blackboard course "Available" for student access
1) Enter the Blackboard course you want to make available to the students
2) Enter the “Control Panel”
3) Under the “Course Options” category, click on the link for “Settings”
4) Click on the link for “Course Availability”
5) Select the option Make Course Available: “Yes”
6) Click the “Submit” button
7) Click on the “Ok” buttons until you return to the main “Control Panel” display
