A Pennsylvania State law requires that all students living in Pennsylvania college- or university-owned housing provide proof that they have been vaccinated for meningococcal disease or sign a waiver indicating that they have declined to be vaccinated.

This law applies to all student who will be living in Millersville University residence halls.

Milllersville University Housing & Residents sends an information packet to all students who will be living on campus one to two months prior to the student's beginning semester. This packet contains information about how to comply with the vaccination requirement, the waiver process, and how this will affect students' ability to move into the residence halls.
