CCERP recently hosted a conference for students at Millersville University. The conference had over 120 participants and featured Millersville University President Francine McNairy and the Honorable Robert Walker as guest speakers.

The aim of the conference was to introduce students to opportunities that will be available under the newly created Center for Civic Responsibility and Leadership and to launch the beginning of a dialogue with students on civic awareness and student education at Millersville.
Topics discussed at the conference--through a series of interactive workshops--included Leadership Development & Civic Skills Training, Civic Studies and Student Forums, International Opportunities, and Service Opportunities.
