Sustainability- is the ability to create, endure, and/or use objects or materials that are environmental friendly.
LEED Certification- a worldwide recognized certification program that provides verification that a building was constructed in an environmental friendly way. 
Membership- people who have who have obtained membership at the Lancaster City YMCA
Y- an abbreviation of the full name of the YMCA.
Community- Residents of the local surrounding area where the YMCA is located.
Initiative- a preemptive action.
