Below are a list of terms I collected during this project
Terms:
Sustainability: refers to the development of the human ecological support systems, such as; climate, agriculture, industry and communities.
Fair Trade: an alternative way of doing business, this helps build long-term relationships with other countries. Fair Trade makes sure that all farmers and artisans are getting paid fair wages and providing fair working conditions.
Artisans: people that create works of art with particular skill, some of those who are under fair trade regulations.
Fair Trade Day: this day is held every second Saturday in may. This day is chosen to help support fair trade.
Fair Trade Month: a longer version of fair trade day. This month will is held in October .
Coffee Break: one day a year that fair trade supporters and other people get together to show there support for fair trade. Every one is to take a coffee break at the same time to show their support.
