The purpose of the Economics Society is to promote professional, academic, and social interactions among students, faculty, and community members interested in the study of economics.   The organization coordinates and sponsors events to foster interactions among its constituents like economics lectures, symposiums, open houses, and field trips.  The organization also serves as a conduit for information to members regarding academic support services, academic conferences, internship opportunities, and job and career fairs.  Membership is open to all Millersville University students.
