Bernard L. Oostdam

Dr Oostdam received his Ph.D. from University of Delaware. His primary interest was geological oceanography with a special emphasis in estuarine studies. Dr Oostdam was one of the co-founders of The Marine Science Consortium (TMSC). He retired in 1997.
