Financial Aid Award Year

Students can receive financial aid at any point during the academic year. Millersville University 's academic year consists of two 15 week terms as well as the summer session. For 2008-09, the fall semester begins on August 25, 2008 and ends on December 13, 2008 . The spring semester begins on January 12, 2009 and ends on May 2, 2009 . Summer sessions begin on May 12 and ends on August 15, 2008 .

Full time awards are based on a minimum of 12 credits per semester, 24 per year for undergraduates and 9 credits per semester, 18 per year for graduate students.
