Please send this form to the Bursar to tell us your semester bill is covered entirely by approved Financial Aid (and you do not owe anything from a previous term).

OR

you have applied for Aid and it is not approved yet.

AND

you plan to attend MU

	CLEAR ME ! I do not owe anything on my account because all my Financial Aid is approved and is enough to cover my bill, AND I will attend MU this term. We will verify that your account can be Cleared. If so, you will be cleared immediately and your classes will be safe. If there is a problem, we will notify you by e-mail.

	LOOKING for AID I have applied for Financial Aid to cover the balance of my bill but it is not approved yet AND I plan to attend MU this term. We will Clear you later when your aid is approved and you may be subject to a late fee. However, if Aid is not approved by cancel date, your classes will be cancelled if you do not pay the bill yourself.
