- Circles on ground – comfort, growth, panic and have people stand in the circle that best represents how they feel for the following thoughts: Spiders, singing solo in front of a large group, singing in a choir, bungee jumping, heights, confronting a friend about something they said, snakes, taking a math test, introducing yourself to someone new, sharing personal information with an acquaintance,

- Play Hard, Play Safe, Play Fair, Have Fun – in groups define what that means and report back to the class.
- The being – trace the outline of someone on the paper. On the inside of the paper write or draw behaviors that are safe and respectful of others. On the outside write or draw behaviors that are not safe or respectful of others.
- What do I need, What can I give. Give everyone two sticky notes. On one note record what they need to feel safe and respected in class. On the other note record what they can give to make everyone else feel safe and respected.

Trust Activities
- Turnstile – (Discuss the fact that making mistakes is okay). Jump rope – level 1 Everyone must go through the skip rope without getting hit by the rope. Level 2 – everyone must go in, jump once and then go through the rope. Level 3 – everyone must go through and jump in groups of two or three. Level 4 Same as level 3 but there can’t be a time where there is no one in the rope.
- Tanks – one blindfolded and throwing soft throwables at others.

Behavioral Goal Setting
- River of life – write some goals that you are having problems achieving on a piece of paper. The paper goes in to the river. Your partner guides you while you are blindfolded to achieve your goal.
Low Challenge Ropes Course
- Inside out - webbing circle with everyone inside. Everyone must go under the webbing and get out without using their hands. If they accomplish this, then they have to get back inside the circle without using their hands.
- Finished untying the knot exchange.
