    3. To discuss issues and participate in the decision-making process with regard to the management of the University as an advisory body to the president.

    5. Modifications of the Cabinet rest solely with the president of the University.
  2. Deans' Council
    1. The Deans' Council is an assembly of the chief academic administrative officers of the University to which faculty and students rightfully look for leadership in matters of curriculum, instruction, academic policy and direction, complement and resource allocation, among others.
    2. The Deans' Council is composed of the following individuals:
      1. Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs (Chair)
      2. Associate Provost
      3. Assistant Provost for Academic Services
      4. Assistant Provost for Planning & Assessment
      5. Dean of the School of Education
      6. Associate Dean of the School of Education
      7. Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences
      8. Associate Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences
      9. Dean of the School of Science and Mathematics
      10. Dean of Graduate Studies
      11. Director of Library Services
