Contract Committees, Judicial Committee and Amending Procedures

University/APSCUF-MU Meet-and-Discuss Committee
  1. Membership
    The "meet and discuss" group as stipulated in the CBA consists of the University president and/or designee(s) and a committee appointed by the APSCUF-MU president.
  2. Functions
    1. The committee meets monthly for the purpose of discussing matters related to the implementation of the CBA.
    2. Committee meetings are scheduled in such manner and at such times as the parties mutually determine.
