    2. Associate Provost for Academic Administration

    3. Associate Registrar

    4. Chairperson of Music Department

    5. Faculty Senate Chairperson

    6. Chief Marshal

    7. Assistant Chief Marshal

    8. Representative from Alumni Affairs (named by Vice President for University Advancement)

    9. Representative from Public Relations (named by Vice President for University Advancement)

    10. Director of Special Events

    11. Representative from Student Services, Inc. (named by Vice President for Student Affairs)

  2. Functions

    The committee is charged with the coordination and planning of graduation exercises.

  3. Modifications

    Modifications of the committee may be made by the University administration.
