Students from foreign countries may be admitted to a degree program if, in addition to satisfying general admissions requirements as stated #1 through #5 on the front cover of the Graduate Studies Application, they also demonstrate proficiency in English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The TOEFL is administered nationally, at various regional sites.
