Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Except for programs designated specifically for families, our programs are designed for adult participants. Some may be suited for children over 16. Regardless of age, children must pay full price unless otherwise noted.

What is included:
• All rates are per person; overnight travel, double occupancy of room.
• Round trip transportation between MU and airport or event site, and
transportation between airport and hotel, if applicable.
• The services of a professional leader and/or tour manager.
• All accommodations (based on double occupancy), except where noted.
• Meals as indicated in itinerary.
• All tour excursions as noted in itinerary.
• All taxes, service charges, porterage and gratuities to guides, service staff
and/or motorcoach drivers.
• Tax deductible contribution to MEDAL Fund scholarship. (portion will be
noted on brochure information and you will be sent a personalized
confirmation letter).

Not included:
• Official documents for travel (i.e., passport)
• Travel insurance
• Meals not listed as included
• Optional excursions
• Items of a personal nature
• Any item, service, or admission not mentioned in travel brochure

Reservations and Deposits:
Reservations are limited and accepted in the form of a deposit on a first-come basis. Please register by requested deadline date, after which you may call for availability. Deposits and payments may be made by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

Cancellation and Refunds:

There are no refunds for cancellations on our one day trips. i.e New York
Cancellation charges are imposed by tour company and various travel suppliers, up to the full amount of the tour. For additional information call the Office of Special Events for specific amounts/dates for each tour. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and information from our travel partners will be provided to each registrant.
