Welcome to Millersville University's HelpDesk Online. An extension of Information Technology's Help Desk Services, HelpDesk Online is intended to compliment our commitment to provide students, faculty, and staff with the best technical support possible.

As you review this web-site, you will find up-to-date information on Help Desk service offerings, references to technical information and resources available to the MU community, and answers to many technology questions. The mission of the Information Technology Help Desk is to provide the university community with the highest level of technical assistance. When you call or visit the Help Desk, you will be greeted by a STA (Student Technology Assistant) who will help you resolve any technical issue. The Help Desk staff has, at their disposal, the full technical expertise and resources of the entire Information Technology staff to help resolve even the most complicated and unusual computer related situations.

Answering questions and solving problems are just a part of what Help Desk Services has to offer. We also:

  • Provide dispatch services for professional staff
  • Manage the ResNet and hardware maintenance operations
  • Manage the inventory of loaner equipment
  • Provide test scoring and survey analysis services
  • Provide training materials through our Resource Center.
