WELCOME TO THE INTERNATIONAL STUDIES PROGRAM

The 21st century has shown us that interdisciplinary and cross-cultural studies are extremely important in our world.  Our lives are increasingly entwined with the lives and events of people half way around the world.  Whether it is rising gas prices because of increased tensions in oil producing states of the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America; or humanitarian & economic disasters caused by tsunamis. National and international governments, businesses, and the private sector have increased their demand for students, who have an understanding of our complex international community.

The B.A. Degree in International Studies provides students with a valuable global perspective and the skills needed to pursue a future career and/or higher degrees in the areas of:

Government
Teaching
Communication Non-Profit
Law Journalism
Business And many others
