An Entrance Health Evaluation Form is required for all students at Millersville University. Failure to comply may result in a student being placed on "Hold". This means that the student would be unable to register for future classes and would not receive grades for the current session until the Health Evaluation Form is submitted.

If you need medical care Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. or Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., call Health Services at 872-3250. Physician and Nurse Practitioner care is available during the week. Registered nurses staff Health Services on Saturday and can provide care following physician guidelines. Urgent care which is not covered by these guidelines will be referred to a local hospital emergency room..

At other times please call your family doctor for non-urgent concerns or go to a local emergency care facility or activate emergency services by calling 911 or 3-99 if using a campus.
