Donald Grabowski, Instructor
|
Mr. Grabowski received his bachelor’s and master’s of music degree from West Chester University, and has completed additional graduate studies including music education, string pedagogy, technology, and vocal/choral music at West Chester, Penn State University, and the Hartt School of Music. His double bass teachers include Wes Fisher, Irving Cohen, and Peter Paulsen. Don serves as the Instructor of Double Bass/Electric Bass at Millersville University and is director of secondary orchestras at Hempfield High School and Middle Schools, Landisville, Pa. He has performed with the Lancaster, Reading, Central Pennsylvania, and Hershey Symphonies, in numerous chamber music events, and has performed in the pit orchestras for the Lancaster Opera Company and Hershey Theater for traveling Broadway shows. Don has been guest conductor for various county orchestras in our region. |
