General Information

Dr. Ginny Palmer teaches both undergraduate and graduate nursing courses. She is experienced in developing and managing a nursing center for elderly individuals, in counseling and teaching elderly clients, in teachinggerantology to undergraduate students, in conducting research, and in instrument design. She developed the curricula for Millersville University's graduate family nurse practitioner program and nursing case management program. She is currently a fellow with the Buck Institute for Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Palmer has recently completed a multifocal study of geriatric assessment in rural Pennsylvania which was funded for approximately $73,000 by the Center for Rural Pennsylvania and Millersville University.
