The Millersville University Police Department's Daily Incident and Arrest Docket is a public record and may be viewed upon request at the Millersville University Police Station. Additionally, it is posted here to comply with legal "timely warning" requirements, and in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, a landmark federal law originally known as the Campus Security Act, that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses.
