Dr. James E. McCollum, Executive Assistant to the President

Dr. McCollum serves as a senior advisor and chief deputy, supporting the president’s role in leading an effective senior management team. He is a member of the Executive Cabinet and assists in developing and implementing strategic direction for Millersville. He also represents the University in meetings and events with various constituencies, both on and off campus.

Mrs. Marlys E. Harris, Assistant to the President

Mrs. Harris duties include serving as an advisor, providing general or policy direction, Cabinet member, and oversight responsibilities relating to the clerical positions within the president’s office. These duties directly support ensuring an effective presidency.

Ms. Linda E. Bolin, Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Linda Bolin provides direct clerical support to Dr. McCollum and assists the president with various duties relating directly to the office.

Ms. Jennifer L. Hart, Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Jennifer Hart coordinates trustee meetings and other events, among other duties.

Mrs. Debra A. Herlocker, Executive Secretary

Mrs. Debra Herlocker handles the president’s calendar, among other duties.
