Dr. Moyer began his college education at Lebanon Valley College, where he received his B.A. He then attended Penn State University where he obtained both his M.S. and his Ph.D. Dr. Moyer specializes in the areas of cognition and clinical psychology. He is interested in research involving institutional aspects, learning, and memory.

Dr. Moyer's classes include: Principles of Statistics and Experimental Design I (PSYC 211), Principles of Statistics and Experimental Design II (PSYC 212), as well as Learning and Motivation (PSYC 316).
