Telephone information services are available from 5:00 AM until 1:00 AM Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM until 1:00 AM Saturday, and 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM Sundays. Please call 717-397-4246 and for TDD information call 717-397-4249.
Bus Stop Policy
Inside Lancaster City limits - wait at posted bus stops. Outside Lancaster City limits - If a bus stop is not nearby, please wait on the same side of the street as the bus. Flag (wave at) the operator as the vehicle approaches.Holidays
Service is generally not provided on the following holidays.

- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
RRTA will not operate the MU Xpress and MU Park City Express when Millersville University is not in session. The dates are as follows.
- Labor Day: September 3
- Fall Break: October 6-9
- Thanksgiving Break: November 21 - 25
- Winter Break: December 17 - January 13
- Spring Break: March 8 - 16
- Last Day of Service: May 10
Delays
Bus services are rarely interrupted. However, in case of bad weather, road construction, etc., check the following.

Lost & Found
Articles found on the bus are kept for 30 days. Call RRTA at 717-397-4246 if you lose an article on the bus.
