Gamma Tau History

Tau Gamma Lambda is founded

In October of 1963, five young men living in Bard Hall hoped to gain further experience in life, and to this end they sought to attain “The Good Life”.  By taking the initials T G L, the original desire was perpetuated and the social fraternity of Tau Gamma Lambda was born.  Present at this meeting on November 13, 1963 were Donald Lewis, Craig Lewis, Samual Koons, Stephen Lloyd and John Ecker.  It took place in 344 Bard at 10:00 p.m.
