
This retreat is an opportunity for the presidents of clubs and organizations to gather together for a time of teambuilding, leadership training, and fun activities. The retreat will be held September 9 th & 10 th at Gretna Glen Retreat Center. To sign-up, please stop by the Student Programs Office and talk with the secretary, Ruth Lewis.
Networking @ Noon is an event in which the presidents of the registered student organizations on campus meet during the semester to discuss programming ideas and address matters pertinent to the student body. Lunch will be provided . Presidents planning to attend a Networking @ Noon event must RSVP to leadership@millersville.edu the Thursday before the event. The schedule is as follows:
To assist student organizations in having a successful year, the Student Programs Office provides two training sessions scheduled during the beginning of the Fall semester. At least one student member from the organization should attend, however, all of the sessions offered could benefit the entire organization and all members should be encouraged to attend. Up-to-date printed materials will be distributed to those in attendance.
The workshops will be held on September 13th and 14th from 12 pm - 1 pm, in SMC room 44. If you would like to join us for lunch, food and beverages will be provided. Please RSVP by emailing spstudent@millersville.edu. Please indicate whether you will be attending on the 13th or the 14th. It is not necessary for you to attend on both days. We look forward to meeting your organization's representative and providng them with the tools they need to have a successful year.
