Welcome to Millersville University! We're looking forward to assisting all students in their transition to college life here at the 'Ville. All incoming first year students are required to attend the Fall Orientation program, where they will meet their peers and faculty members, learn about the university, receive academic advising, and get a taste of what life will be like here at Millersville. On top of all that, we'll be sure that you are prepared for for classes to start and for your life here at Millersville.

Orientation programs are offered throughout the year, depending on when a student will begin taking classes at the University. All full-time incoming freshmen and transfer students starting in a fall semester are REQUIRED to attend the Fall Orientation program. For 2007, the Fall Orientation program will be August 21-26, 2007. These students will receive a registration packet with more information about orientation in the spring, for the upcoming fall semester orientation.

Students who are starting at Millersville in the spring semester, have an orientation program as well, which occurs annually in December. Information will be available for this program in October/November of each year. This year's program will take place on December 9, 2006.
