You must attend this meeting.  Failure to attend or make other arrangements with the Field Services Office (871-5752) at least two weeks in advance of the meeting may jeopardize your placement.

Intent Packets for all Spring 2009 Student Teachers should now be on file in the Field Services Office. 

For the students who have signed up late, the Student Teaching Background Information Form can be accessed by clicking on the link below:

Make sure you save a copy of the completed form to your hard drive before printing.  Please print 4 copies.  Sign and date each copy before submitting to the Field Services Office.  Remember: The Student Teaching Background Information Form must be typed!  Handwritten copies will not be accepted.

What is an Intent Packet?

An Intent Packet is simply you letting us know if you are planning to student teach in the Spring 2009 semester.
If your answer is:
YES - complete all of the forms in the packet, including the Student Teaching Background Form found on this website, and return them to the Field Services Office by the due date.
NO - If you are not going to student teach, please take a minute to let us know.  Complete the blue intent sheet only and return it to the Field Services Office OR send an email from your Marauder Email account to Student.Teaching@millersville.edu with your full name, M00 number, and statement of "No Intent for Spring 2009".  Please include which semester you plan to student teach.

What if I didn't receive an email prior to the Intent Packet being sent and therefore it was sent to an incorrect address?

Send an email from your Marauder Email account to Student.Teaching@millersville.edu with your full name, MU ID number and correct address.  We will get another packet in the mail to you.

What if I plan to student teach during the Spring 2009 semester but did not receive an email or an Intent Packet?

Send an email from your Marauder Email account to Student.Teaching@millersville.edu with your full name, MU ID number and correct address.  We will add your name to the Spring 2009 roster and get a packet in the mail to you.
