Graduate assistantships are awarded on a competitive basis to master's degree students. Remuneration for assistantships includes a stipend of $4,000 and a waiver of tuition fees to a maximum of 24 graduate semester hours in a calendar year. Assignments are made in most academic programs and many administrative offices. Other scholarships and student work-study positions are available. The University also administers a range of loan programs. In order to receive full consideration, assistantship applications must be received no later than March 31. Interested students should contact the Office of Graduate Studies. For further information, please visit the Financial Assistance link.
