Research Facilities
The Helen A. Ganser Library is the main research repository on campus, with more than 1,000,000 books, periodicals and media resources. The library is a depository for selected U.S. government publications, as well as Pennsylvania state documents, and has a computer system that gives students access to over 50 million book titles.
In addition to the library, a state-of-the-art computer system supports on-line computer labs across campus. A Marine Science Consortium, a new Science Center, the Center for Politics and Public Affairs, The Jenkins School, the Center For Regional Studies, the Center for Opinion Research, several multimedia art galleries, and other more specialized research centers offer students a vast array of opportunities to learn and engage in research.
Lastly, the MBA Program houses an academic journal entitled, The Midwest Law Journal. This scholarly publication offers the MBA student the opportunity for publishing their research in a national research outlet.
