Station One:  The House of Daniel Gibbons

Daniel Gibbons:  He was rarely at home because he set up stations from Pennsylvania leading to Niagara Falls between 1805 - 1823.

Gibbons Family:  They spent a lot of time caring for the fugitives they housed.  They provided food, clothing, necessities for their journey to Canada.

Weather:  Dead in the middle of winter, the fugitives struggle to survive from the cold climate they are not use to.  They need to think of ways to survive.

Slaves:  Numerous amounts of slaves were kept there at one time.  Each was given an alias (a fake name).  Each slave was sent to Niagara Falls, Canada.
