There is a student loft available that houses 2 females or 2 males comfortably. It is fully furnished with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave & sink); an area for dining, study & living; private bathroom and walk-in closet. The loft has a separate keyed entrance and is located on Cottage Ave. across from Campus Police and Lyle Dining (withing walking distance of campus). Cost is $275.00 per student per month which includes utilities. (heat, air conditioning, electric, internet, and cable)

There is housing available for 1 - 2 females in Millersville. One female is already living there. The house is located at 550 Leaman Ave. Millersville. (next to Millersville International House) No smoking or pets. Cost is 500.00 + utilities. Home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry, study, living room, dining room, kitchen and full furnished basement. Plenty of off-street parking available.

Housing Needed for 4 Females

Marybeth Bauer is looking to move in with 3 of her friends to a wellness apartment next year (Fall 2010). She is wondering if there are any seniors in UCF in wellness apartments who would be willing to pass their apartment on to her and her friends. Next school year (Fall 2010) Anna Nobbs is looking to move to off campus housing. She and her friends are looking to rent a house that four to six people could reside in. Not all will have cars, so the closer to Millersville Campus the better (preferably within walking distance a.k.a one mile).
