Selection: Chapter members will self nominate. The Intern Selection committee will select and assign Interns to work with Xi Chi Chapter officers and Committee Chairs. Interns will be selected for a one year term. Interns will be introduced to the membership at the fall program meeting.

Xi Chi Leadership Intern Experiences:Attend a minimum of two Chapter Committee meetings, for example a Program Committee meeting and a Leadership Succession committee meeting. Attend at least one executive board meeting. Work on a specific project with a chapter officer.

Criteria: Strong interest in active participation at the chapter and

• Regional levels
• Applicant’s leadership intent statement
