Provides leadership for undergraduate online degree completion programs including admissions, marketing, and student support. She assists faculty with new online program development. Janice oversees a cross-departmental instructional design team that works directly with faculty on course design. She serves as the institution’s state authorization representative.
Janice holds a doctorate and master’s degree in Educational Administration from Temple University and a bachelor degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University. She currently serves as the Director for Online Programs. Previous experience includes serving in various roles at Central Penn College including Faculty, Department Chair, Assistant Dean, Dean, Dean of Students, and Provost. She authored the education track for the Masters of Nursing program at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and taught online. Her skills include program development, assessment, and accreditation compliance. She has served as a Middle States team chair and team member, NAEYC accreditation reviewer, and successfully guided programs through initial accreditation and reaffirmation.
