Sean is starting his first year as a part-time Graduate Assistant at Millersville University in the Center for Disaster Research and Education while pursuing his Master of Science in Emergency Management. Sean also works full-time at York County Office of Emergency Management as the Municipal Planner. As Municipal Planner, Sean works with many county stakeholders, including municipal emergency management coordinators, schools, long term care facilities, day cares, and dams to develop and exercise Emergency Operation Plans, among other duties. Prior to his employment at York County Office of Emergency Management, Sean obtained his Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with a focus in Weather Risk Management from Pennsylvania State University. While at Penn State, Sean interned with Perry County Emergency Management Agency and was involved with the Penn State Emergency Management Club and the Penn State Weather Risk Management Club.

In his free time, Sean enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends. Most importantly, he is an avid Penn State football fan. In the future, he hopes to continue to learn and grow in the field of emergency management and obtain a position that combines his passion for both meteorology and emergency management.
