Hacking Your ADHD Brain Workshop

In this ADHD Psychoeducation & Process workshop, college students will have the opportunity to learn about how to “hack” their ADHD brain to work with them rather than against them. This 4 session group will meet weekly and cover topics including basics of ADHD and ADHD treatment, lifestyle factors & self care, executive functioning for daily life, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, and relationships, and finally ADHD organization & study skills for academic success.

This is an open group to all MU students to give and receive
support. It is a great opportunity to share ideas and strengthen
your skills to succeed. Students will learn from facilitators and
peers helpful ways to cope with personal challenges.

WHEN: Every Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm
(Starting January 26, 2022 on Zoom)
WHERE: Alternating on Zoom
