The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is administered by the Office of Financial Aid and awarded to degree-seeking undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor's degree.
The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) administers and determines a student's eligibility for the PA State Grant. Students must be residents of Pennsylvania and complete the application for PHEAA in order to be considered.
Scholarships are a separate application and can come from many places including your state government, private organizations like churches, local clubs, and colleges. Scholarships for incoming freshman are awarded through the Admissions Office.
