What is the difference between my Award Letter and my actual bill with the university?

Once you are officially a Millersville University student and have paid your confirmation fee with Admissions, you will receive an actual bill with your charges and financial aid reflected. Bills for the fall semester go out mid-July and are due early August. Bills for the spring semester go out mid-November and are due early December.
