Spanish Club Meeting

  • 5:00-6:00PM, McComsey Room 304
  • Join MU Spanish Club and listen to a student and professor from Puerto Rico share about their culture and life in Puerto Rico! This is a great way to learn and practice Spanish while learning about a different culture!

TUESDAY

Develop and Lead an MU-Guided Study Abroad Program 

  • 12:10-1:05pm, McNairy Library Room 106
  • Interested in taking students abroad! Learn about ways to design and lead a successful short term study abroad experience. You will have the opportunity to discuss the process and gain insight into program leader responsibilities, choosing a location, risk assessment, and budge and administrative matters.

Study Abroad Info and Pizza

  • 12:15-1:15pm, SMC Rm 18 (Lower Level)
  • Take the first step to studying abroad by attending a Group Mentor Session – Join us for pizza as you check off the first step of your study abroad process. We will help you find the study abroad program that is right for you

WEDNESDAY

Multicultural Showcase

  • 6:00-9:00pm, SMC MPR
  • MU Community, explore the food, history and culture of the many countries represented at Millersville University. Featuring musical performances, photo booth, Henna Tattoos and much more!

THURSDAY

Study Abroad Open House 

  • 10:00-3:00pm, Cumberland House
  • Stop by the office to find out about opportunities available of studying or interning abroad. 

Study Abroad After Graduation  

  • 12:10-1:05pm, Library Rm 100
  • Discuss international opportunities for after graduation with Peace Corps Recruiter Rachel Brown. All majors welcome!   

Peace Corps Representative  

  • 1:30-3:30pm, SMC
  • Come learn about opportunities with the Peace Corps.

International Tea Time

  • 4:00-5:00PM, Ford Atrium McComsey Hall
  • Join students, faculty and staff for an hour of conversation, crafts, and a selection of teas, and pastries from around the world! 

FRIDAY

Photo Fridays

  • Cumberland House all day
  • MU Community, come visit the office to get your U.S passport photo (x2) taken for just $5. Passports are valid for 10 years so why not apply for one today?
