In the spring of 2022, Millersville University launched a search to fill the position of Vice President for Student Affairs, to start in July 2022. Four candidates for the position will interview on campus in late April 2022.

Candidates were given the following prompt to prepare for their Open Forum presentation:
"The Covid-19 Pandemic has forced higher education to rapidly evolve to meet the needs of the community they serve. As the Vice President of student affairs in a post pandemic world, what strategies would you implement to engage and support all students and student affairs staff to increase a sense a belonging and student/staff success."
