|Congratulations to our very own Millersville University Student, Amanda Walker, for being named by Campus Compact as a Newman Civic Fellow! Ms. Walker is one of 197 student nationally to be selected for this prestigious annual award for her work around environmental preservation, social justice, and economic equality.|
Students get invovled through:
- Walker Fellow for those interested in government affairs, politics, or civic responsibility
- Center for Public Scholarship and Social Change has opportunities avalaible which will specifically enhance the resume of Sociology, Public Relations, Social Work, Spanish, Government, and Education majors
- Sustainability opportunities include Terracycle, helping with an organic garden, and more!
- Internships, volunteer opportunities, and career services for all students, programs, and majors through Experiential Learning and Career Management (ELCM)
