Appeals will only be considered if the request is based on one or more of the following grounds:
· Alleged violations of Administrative Hearing procedures.
· New information pertaining to the case
· Sanction(s) imposed were arbitrary or capricious.
Appeal hearings if granted are then heard by the members of the Conduct Board.
Appeal forms can be obtained in the Student Memorial Center (Suite #107) or downloaded here.
All appeal forms must be turned in at the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (Student Memorial Center, Suite #107).
