A student or student organization found responsible for violating the Code of Conduct in an Administrative hearing may request a new (de Novo) hearing before the University Conduct Board if he/she denies responsibility for the violations(s). If the student or student organization does not deny responsibility for the violation(s) but wishes to appeal the sanction imposed by the Judicial Affairs Coordinator, they may file an appeal of the sanction to the Vice President for Student Affairs. The Vice President for Student Affairs will review the sanction and not reconsider the question of whether there was a violation of the Code of Conduct.
