The student or student organization has the right to an appeal if he/she denies responsibility of the violation or does not agree with the sanction(s) imposed. The appeal must be made in writing (Administrative Appeal Hearing Form) within five days of the Administrative hearing and delivered to the Vice President for Student Affairs office. The appeal will then be heard by the University Conduct Board.
Appeal forms can be obtained in the Student Memorial Center (Suite #107) or downloaded here. All appeal forms must be turned in at the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (Student Memorial Center, Suite #107).
