Eligibility for academic accommodations and related services for students with learning disabilities are coordinated by the Director and staff of the Office of Learning Services. Initial screening assessments for students who would like to determine if a learning disability exists should make an appointment. Students are made eligible for services on an individualized basis. Services may include but are not limited to academic accommodations, auxiliary aids, housing, etc. such as the following:

The Office of Learning Services coordinates academic accommodations and related services for students with learning and physical disabilities, which can be requested by completing and submitting a Special Assistance Request Form.
Accommodations specific to test taking can be requested utilizing the Testing Accommodation Request form. (Exams are given between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday)

Service and emotional support animals are permitted based on criteria outlined in the policy linked below.
The residence halls are built to comply with fire/life safety and ADA regulations. Additionally, Housing & Conference Services staff work with the Office of Learning Services on issues related to placements, access, and logistics for individuals with access and functional needs.
Housing accommodation requests are handled through the Office of Learning Services in the same manner as academic requests, using the form below.
