Policies and Information
Telephone information services are available from 5:00 AM until 11:30 PM Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM Saturday, and 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM Sundays. Please call 717-397-4246.
For customers who are hearing impaired, RRTA encourages customers to use the PA Relay Service. This service can be accessed by calling 711. The translation and interpretation services are free of charge.

Lost and Found
Articles found on the bus are kept for 30 days. Call RRTA at 717-397-4246 if you lose an article on the bus.
Thank you for observing RRTA's policies prohibiting smoking, drinking, eating, playing music (except with earphones on a low volume), and using the speaker on your phone while riding the bus. Also please fold baby strollers prior to boarding.
